The professional framework and methods used
My work is not based on a single method or technique. Instead, I draw from a range of approaches and apply them thoughtfully, depending on what you are navigating and what will be most useful. You do not need to understand or choose between these; my role is to apply them in a way that is structured, purposeful and aligned with your goals.
At the centre of my work is my NeuroSomaTrans (NST)™ method, which brings together emotional, mental and body-based work into one coherent approach.
NeuroSomaTrans (NST)™ is my integrative method that connects how you think, feel, respond and act under pressure. Rather than focusing on one area in isolation, it works across mind, body and deeper emotional patterns so change can be understood, applied and sustained.
For you, this means sessions feel joined-up and intentional. We address what’s happening at the surface, while also working with the patterns underneath that keep issues repeating. This creates a balance between insight, regulation and forward movement, rather than fragmented or stop-start work.
My NeuroSomaTrans (NST)™ method introduces the below tools at the perfect time for you and your journey.

Initial clarity

Initial 90-minute
foundation session
These sessions are more focused and outcome driven, where my work is applied. Exploring patterns as they show up in real life, working through blockages or past influences when relevant, and introducing practical, actionable ways to respond differently, build clarity and achieve the desired outcome.
Sessions are shaped by what emerged in the initial session and continue to adapt as things change. There is no scripted format; the focus remains on addressing what matters now and moving towards the outcomes you are seeking.
Depending on your support level, there is access to check-ins and messaging between sessions. This allows you to note triggers as they arise, ask clarifying questions, and reflect on what you’re noticing as you apply the guidance in everyday life.
These touchpoints help maintain continuity and ensure sessions remain connected to what you are actually experiencing, rather than relying solely on memory or hindsight.
This first session is longer by design. It creates the space to understand what you are navigating, what has shaped it, and what you want to move towards. We explore your current challenges, relevant history, patterns that may be influencing how you respond, and the pressures or circumstances you are working within.
This session is not about rushing into solutions. It provides the information needed to approach counselling thoughtfully and decide which tools, focus areas and pacing will be most useful going forward.
The first step is a short, focused conversation to understand what’s bringing you here and how it’s currently showing up in your life. You’ll have space to outline your situation at a high level, ask questions about how the counselling works, and get a sense of whether this approach feels right for you.
This call is also about fit. It allows both of us to decide whether working together makes sense before committing to the next stage, creating confidence about the process moving forward.

All support levels are based on the same core counselling approach. The difference between packages is the level of ongoing contact, session frequency and continuity of support. This allows the work to be paced appropriately depending on what you’re navigating and how much structure feels helpful at that time.
-
No. You don’t need to understand or select any methods in advance. The tools are applied thoughtfully based on your situation, goals and responses over time. This ensures the work stays focused and relevant, rather than following a fixed or generic programme.
-
Most people get a clear sense during the first 3 months of working together. The initial call and early sessions are designed to establish direction, expectations and fit, so you can decide whether continuing feels appropriate without unnecessary commitment.
-
The work is structured, but not rigid. Sessions are guided by clear intentions and ongoing direction, while still allowing space to explore what’s relevant as things unfold. This balance helps prevent conversations from becoming repetitive or unfocused.
-
Depending on your support level, there may be follow-up reflections, check-ins or continued contact between sessions. This helps maintain momentum and continuity, rather than work feeling disconnected between sessions.
-
The service is designed as an ongoing professional relationship rather than a single session. Packages are best suited to those who are ready to engage consistently and apply insight over time, rather than looking for a one-off conversation or quick fix.
